Reminder: Generate and Open your Financial Periods
If the 2024 financial year has not been generated and opened and users are trying to process transactions in the 2024 financial year, then users will receive an error message like:
- "The Financial Period that corresponds to the date does not exist in the Master Financial Calendar" if the financial period is not generated
- "The 01-2024 Financial Period is Inactive" if the financial period is not open .
