At times, being a payroll officer, you might find that a Leave which has previously been paid to an employee now needs to be reversed or changed to a different Leave type.
Situations where this may occur are:
- An employee takes Personal Leave, however, upon return they present a doctors certificate and wish to change some, or all of the leave to Sick/Personal Leave.
- An employee is injured, and while awaiting WorkCover approval they are paid Personal Leave. Upon receiving the receipt of the employee's WorkCover confirmation and payment, you may need to reverse the Personal Leave and replace with WorkCover Payments.
