Payroll Enhancements in MYOB Acumatica 2026.1: Multi Entity Pay Super
Payday Super changes everything about the rhythm of superannuation. From 1 July 2026, super has to be paid every payday rather than quarterly, and contributions must reach an employee's fund within 7 business days of that payday. Miss it, and you're now exposed to a new Superannuation Guarantee Charge that isn't tax-deductible and comes with its own interest and administration fees — a real incentive to get the mechanics right.
That's exactly where multi-entity businesses have had a problem. Until now, MYOB's Pay Super Service supported only one registration per tenant, which meant multi-entity customers were stuck using manual SAFF files — a workaround that simply doesn't scale at the pace Payday Super now demands, cycle after cycle.
Pay Super for Multi-Entity fixes this directly: every entity within a multi-entity business can now register and run its own Pay Super account independently, each with its own ABN and its own super payment method configured separately. No more manual file juggling across entities just to keep up with a per-pay-cycle obligation.
To get started, you'll need to be on release 2026.1.2 or higher, available from October 2026. From there, each entity applies for its own Pay Super account by completing step 1 of MYOB's “Get started with MYOB's Pay Super Service” guide.
