Velixo Intelligence is available in Velixo NX 2026.7

Velixo NX 2026.7 introduces Velixo Intelligence, a new agentic AI experience in Excel that helps users work more effectively with ERP data, reports, and spreadsheets. Available now as a public preview at no additional cost for all Velixo NX users, it combines trusted Velixo, ERP, and Excel knowledge with AI to help analyse data, build reports, troubleshoot issues, and complete everyday Excel tasks without leaving Velixo.

If you have been updated to Velixo NX 2026.7, sign into your Velixo Account to enable Velixo Intelligence. Velixo Intelligence is free during the public preview and includes a weekly usage allowance. When it becomes generally available, Velixo will continue to include a no-cost allowance, with paid options for teams that need more.

What is Velixo Intelligence?

Velixo Intelligence is Agentic AI, grounded in trusted knowledge and living inside Velixo NX in Excel to assist users with data analysis, design, reporting, troubleshooting and anything related to Excel, ERP and Velixo!

Velixo Intelligence helps users:

• Get answers instantly - on Velixo, Excel, ERP, either technical or functional

• Analyze report data without exporting, pivoting, or switching tools

• Invoke Velixo or Excel operations - e.g. "Add a bar chart", "Drill down and compare transactions with my P&L Expenses", "Refresh this report then Freeze it"

• Build formulas, queries and reports faster with guided generation of Velixo queries or multifunction reports. Velixo Intelligence reasons over your prompts and understands the ERP object model and concepts to create new reports

• Create dynamic narratives and commentary directly in cells

• Get higher accuracy than generic LLMs - Velixo is grounded in trusted Velixo, ERP and Excel knowledge, meaning it is less prone to hallucinations.

Once Velixo NX 2026.7 is deployed to your organization, you will:

• be prompted to agree and consent to our updated user license agreement and privacy policy - this update was requried to support our new AI features

• be able to use it via a new side-panel when clicking the new Velixo Intelligence ribbon button, by right-clicking a cell, or by using the new VX.ASK() function.

• Velixo Intelligence is AI, it is probabilistic in nature and can make mistakes. Organizations wishing to opt out of Velixo Intelligence can do so by following these instructions.
