MYOB Acumatica 2026.1.3 is coming in December 2026: What’s new and what to do

MYOB has announced a new minor release for MYOB Acumatica 2026.1. Version 2026.1.3 will be deployed to all sites upgrading from December 2026.

⚠️ Action required: MYOB Acumatica Dashboards are being removed

MYOB has removed MYOB Acumatica Dashboards in this release. If your team relies on these dashboards and you’d like to keep using them, contact BusinessHub before your upgrade. We can help you save the dashboards to your site so they keep working after the upgrade.

What’s new in 2026.1.3

Shop Floor Kiosk (Manufacturing)
A simple, touch-friendly interface that lets staff capture production data right on the shop floor. This feature comes with a new Manufacturing Floor User licence. Check the updated price lists for details, or ask us. For setup and configuration, see MYOB’s Shop Floor Kiosk online help.

AI Assistant for Payroll
Payroll administrators can now use the AI Assistant chat to find answers to payroll questions. Licence type and user roles control who has access.

Payroll Reducing Balances improvements
Reducing balances are now easier to manage. You can update or clear what’s still owed, reporting is more accurate, and deductions stop automatically once the balance is fully repaid.
